In today’s Hidden Almanac, Rev. Mord told us about some interesting events that occurred on this date in history: 25 years ago, the Winter Blight destroyed many vineyards; two years ago, a large frog was born; in 1841, the moon vanished.

In the garden, it might be spring, but don’t get your hopes up.

Today’s sponsors were Red Wombat Tea Company, and The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Lettuces. And, evidently, irony.
